Cupcakes and cuddles - 4th of July 🇺🇸

I'm a little more than 7 years into my gluten-free eating journey. It was pretty tough at first, but I have to tell you that I'm thrilled to have so many GF options now. Here is some fun news for those of you with littles who eat gluten-free!

For today's post, I'm featuring GF Funfetti cupcakes by Pillsbury! Hooray for gluten-free treats for littles (and bigs) similar to the non-GF ones. 

And here's another fun thing for littles. Some of our local libraries have a store onsite called Friends of the Library. Do your libraries have this, too? These stores sell books that have been donated, and there are some great finds! Pictured, you'll see some of the treasures we got this past week - 18 books for only $5.00! I know, right? This is a fantastic way to build your child's or grandchild's library. If you're a new teacher, it's a great way to fill your classroom book tubs, book baskets, or bookshelves.
